In order to obtain your quotation for ocean cargo insurance, please complete the following declaration form for your overseas shipment.  Once recieved,  Seaport Marine will then confirm to you our rate and  premium by email with our reference number.  You will then be able to pay by credit card or check and purchase the insurance by using the premium amount and our reference number . The certificate of insurance will then be emailed to you.
